Online Yoga Classes on Zoom

In light of the recent events with COVID-19, I am moving a lot of my work online. Join me for a live Yoga class on Zoom. The Zoom meeting platform is based online and simple/free to use. Once you purchase the class using the link below, I will send an e-mail with step-by-step instructions on how to set up an account and join the live class. Please note the times below are all GMT (UK time). Purchase an individual class for £7 or a block of 5 for £35 (valid for one month). 

Gentle Yoga

This class is ideal for beginners as well as more advanced students wanting to review the fundamentals of yoga. I will guide you through gentle yoga sequences with an emphasis on correct alignment and proper breathing techniques. A great way to discover the many benefits of yoga practice. The class centres around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of levels from beginner to advanced.

Slow Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a branch of Yoga synchronising movement with breath to flow from one pose t the next. I teach a slow and mindful version where we take the time to move through transitions and talk through crucial elements of postures. A great opportunity for beginners to experience what real ‘Yoga Flow’ is like and for more experienced students to want to slow down their practice and tune into the healing aspects of Yoga.

Morning Gentle Yoga (Saturday)

A more energising morning class; starting seated to move towards standing and down to the ground for full rest, still with plenty of space, time to feel and the integration of the pause.
