This class is ideal for beginners as well as more advanced students wanting to review the fundamentals of yoga. I will guide you through gentle yoga sequences with an emphasis on correct alignment and proper breathing techniques. A great way to discover the many benefits of yoga practice. The class centres around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of levels from beginner to advanced.

Join Tash Sekar for a nourishing New Year Vinyasa flow practice focused on standing and balancing postures to ground and connect us to the support of the earth before coming down onto our mats for some deep meditation. Once we have connected to our body’s sense of understanding, there will be time to reflect on 2019 and set positive intentions that you wish to focus on for the year ahead. My Gentle Yoga class is a welcome and much-needed break from the stress and speed of day-to-day city life. Using slow rhythmic movements, we will work to soften our overworked muscles, deepen our breaths and regulate our nervous systems from moving from the 'fight or flight' response into 'rest and digest'. Grab a mat and ease into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling relaxed and renewed. The perfect antidote for the case of the 'Mondays'!
