Breathe in. Breathe out.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. I am a London based Vinyasa & Restorative Yoga teacher who believes in the therapeutic value that yoga has to offer for the body, mind and spirit. I am also particularly interested in how 'stress' affects the body and am specialist trained in teaching Yoga for stress and burnout. 

 

MEET TASH SEKAR

I believe in living a relaxed life full of joy, light-heartedness and gratitude. These feelings inform and guide my teaching and practice, with an awareness of the quality of the breath and an intuitive exploration of the body. I have used yoga as a tool for many years to learn more about myself both physically and emotionally and it is through this knowledge that I am able to cultivate more of what truly matters to me. It is the therapeutic value of yoga that I am particularly passionate about and hope to pass on to my students so that they can realise just how good their bodies are designed to feel.
