Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. I am a London based Vinyasa & Restorative yoga teacher who believes in the therapeutic value that yoga has to offer for the body, mind and spirit.
MEET TASH SEKAR
I believe in living a relaxed life full of joy, light-heartedness and gratitude. These feelings inform and guide my teaching and practice, with an awareness of the quality of the breath and an intuitive exploration of the body. I have used yoga as a tool for many years to learn more about myself both physically and emotionally and it is through this knowledge that I am able to cultivate more of what truly matters to me. It is this therapeutic value of yoga that I am particularly passionate about and hope to pass on to my students so that they can realise just how good their bodies are designed to feel.
GENTLE YOGA ON THURSDAY
This class is ideal for beginners as well as more advanced students wanting to review the fundamentals of yoga. I will guide you through gentle yoga sequences with an emphasis on correct alignment and proper breathing techniques. A great way to discover the many benefits of yoga practice.
